My research is conducted in an environmental context and focuses on the effects of environmental stressors — thermal stress, hypoxia, and contamination — on two bivalve species, Dreissena polymorpha and Mytilus edulis.
My work mainly relies on omics approaches (proteomics, transcriptomics). Developing these techniques in sentinel species used in ecotoxicology, which are non-model organisms with limited genomic and proteomic databases, represents a significant challenge.
My research also involves bioinformatic and biostatistical analyses associated with high-throughput methods, including sequence processing, enrichment analysis, clustering, and multivariate comparative analyses.
